Once agreed on all details, a non-refundable 20% down-payment will be required. The balance to be paid upon completing the artwork.
Shipping and Delivery
I use different delivery and courier services depending on the size of the artwork and destination. The buyer is updated with tracking information as part of the order processing. Signature on delivery is required.
Pickup is welcome (from Pascoe Vale, VIC).
International orders are welcome, however, please contact me first to get a quote on delivery as shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
I am also happy to offer un-stretching the artwork to be shipped in a tube which reduces the shipping costs significantly. Re-stretching the canvas will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
Any cancellations before shipping are welcome, and a full refund will be processed. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping, I am unable to process a full refund on cancellations after the artwork has been shipped. The buyer shall cover the cost of shipping (deducted from the refund amount) in addition to the cost of return shipping.
All artwork is protected by copyright, any reproduction of artwork without permission may result in legal action.
